Checkout error: Unfortunately, there are no payment method available.

Hey there,

Im getting the error "Unfortunately, there are no payment method available." on the checkout page.

Ive checked payments, enabled / disabled them and updated the Quickpay module. I checked localization, shipping etc. Also tried enabling debug, to see if there was any errors. None shown. Tried changing theme, also no result. 

I had 3 errors in the console with missing .map files. But when i enabled "Smart cache for JavaScript" it solves this issue.

I searched google empty for solutions on missing payment method and cannot seem to find the solution. Any ideas when no errors is displaying?
