Bewitching
Greetings, 1.6 version of Prestashop had a little label below products in the product list that indicated "in stock" or "out of stock". I'm working on 1.7.6.7 and the label only shows when quick view is called or on the product's page. So, when I am looking at a list of products in a category, there is no indication of the products status unless you click quick view or go directly to the products page. That's going to get REALLY annoying especially using a mobile device. It seems detrimental and annoying to me, imagine my customers Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? THANKS! joseantgv
It's probably a bug from your theme, which doesn't display the needed hook. Contact the theme developer.

Contact the theme developer. I'm using the stock, vanilla, Prestashop classic Version 1.0.0. No extra modules other than stock Prestashop design modules. joseantgv
Then you can ask them to add it https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/new?template=2_feature_request.md

Thank you for the advice! It just amazes me that it's not already included. I tried to test it on Prestashop 1.7 demo site, but stock changes are not allowed. In the demo they should have a product that is out of stock so we can see the behavior of out of stock products. This could be a deal breaker for me & my store Edited September 22, 2020 by Bewitching (see edit history)
Bewitching
I figured out a work-around of sorts that works on desktop and mobile view. I added faceted search, created a template and added "product stock filter". Still not ideal, but it works.
Frigolab-Jointlab
Somebody found a solution for this? is it needed to work on code for fix this? My problem is that all the label work but not the "in stock" one: it doesn't show in category page, but yes on product page. All the settings are same as another site I have and everything work fine there thanks!
