Kevinkager987
My page has a "contact us" section after configuring it with an email from my own domain, the messages do not arrive to my email, they remain in the inbox of my prestashop backoffice. ¿Any solution? Daresh
Yes, so it must be something else. As I see on your previous screen you have an error: Unable to connect using TLS encyrption. So it must be something with the email settings.

Don't you have to add another part of prestashop mail first? This is where it is registered, right?
