Emusketeers
Hi All, We have a webshop in three languages: Dutch, French and English. The English version is mainly to service our UK customers. Today, we show on all three version the same currency: Euro. What we would like to do, is show on the Dutch and French version the currencies in Euro, and for the English to show them in pounds. How can we make this happen? As you can see on the screenshot, we already have the currency showing on the 'lokalisation -> Valuta's' page (sorry, screenshot is in Dutch but layout is same in all languages. Thanks so much for your help! Hannelore
juanrojas
- hi, you need to show the currency module so you can see the currencies on the front - If you want it to change automatically according to the country then you need a module that does this, look in the addons, I know it exists - But especially if the SEO of your site is of your interest, do not do this, the url will change completely, prestashop 1.7 has a serious error in the url with multiple currencies, it does not work well like the old 1.

What is in your opinion than the best way to show the pound without losing SEO-value? Hannelore
juanrojas
in my opinion it is impossible, because it is a prestashop CORE error and according to what I have read they are aware of the error and will have it ready for version 1.7.7 Edited September 22, 2020 by juanrojas error (see edit history)
