No products in categories when changing country from UK

Hi, 

I'm setting up a new website for my business and gone back to Prestashop as I've used it before. I'm just starting to load in products and already setup all the postage/carriers for both UK (where I'm based) and Europe.

Everything works great until a customer goes to the checkout and changes their address to any country apart from UK, if they then go back to the store to add another item to the basket all the items disappear. Only if they change their address in the checkout back to a UK address will they appear again.

Geolocation is off, all countries are enabled and can view the catalog, cache has been cleared several times, template is BizKick with no extra modules apart from Prestashop Checkout and stock ones.

Any suggestions please as we want to launch ASAP.
