link problem

[Faithless]

i install the lastest version of prestashop 1.4, the previous version was 1.3.4.
when i install only one language, the url is
www.farmacie-online.md/
and when i go to one of the category, the link show:
www.farmacie-online.md/106-varice - this link have pagerank 2.

A have many links with pagerank 2 and 3, so when i install other language, the link is change to-> first language:
www.farmacie-online.md/ro/106-varice
and other language
www.farmacie-online.md/ru/106-varice

it's show pagerank is 0 to this pages..

Why do I need to do, links show look like the previous version.
on the previous version looked :
www.farmacie-online.md/106-varice
and other language
www.farmacie-online.md/ru/106-varice
