1.7 Wrong total order value in customer section in Back office

Hi,

We are facing a weird issue. Our Prestashop version is 1.7.6.3 Customers are placing order at x price. in the orders section the order value is also coming x value. All communications are going on with x value itself.

but in customer section in back office where we can see all the customers details, the order value becomes twice of actual price (2x)!

 

example in order placed on 18th Sep order value was 3375.00  

 

but in customer  portfolio the value is showing 6750.00 

Similarly in order on14th the order value is 925.00 and order value on 11th the order value was 1800.00

 

what could be possible reason for such an issue. how can we resolve it?
