Need Help Prestashop Checkout Built with PayPal Module

I installed latest version of Prestashop Checkout Built with PayPal Module and having issue with CC form fields.

While I am accepted for credit card payments I am opting for 

PayPal Accept payments through PayPal buttons on your checkout page.

Customer Completes 4 step checkout on Prestashop 1.7.6  Gets to part where option to pay with paypal, paypal credit or credit debit card.  Select credit debit card and the cc fields come up WITH Shipping address ??? This string of fields is missing the first name and has both names in last name autofed and preselected is the state (USA) Alabama in the state dropdown. Customer has to complete while should be autofilled.  Actually these should NOT even be there?  I wrote to module help but with Covid delay in responses I guess.  

I am missing something I am stuck and I need help if anyone could. I have had three customers complain as they complete it and it falls out. ( I could not replicate the fall out but I worked hard with them for days to get their order through)
