1.7 Separate "description" and "details" of the product

Hello everyone,

I'm new with prestashop, it's my first site ! I'm using prestashop 1.7.6.2

Here is my problem :
In the product template, when we look at a product sheet with photos, color options, etc ... There is a "tab" with the product description and product details.
I would like the description to stay in the same place but the details to go below the product photos.
As in the photo below.

First of all, is it possible ?

The problem is that I don't know the Smarty technology and I have trouble modifying the tpl files ...
