1.7 PS 1.7 statistics not working

Hi!

A few time ago we have realized that statistics are not working properly on a PS 1.7.6.4 

Dashboard main panel is not showing sales info, at least their not reflecting the correct amount of sales even if we have adjusted the date frame time.

Also if we enter to statistics menu and chose for example "best customers" it shows no data. Actualy it seems that it is not collecting the data from sales.

We have tried to:

- Reinizialize "best customers" module

- We have also updated  the module (there was a pending update)

- also we have tried to fix the issue by changing the PHP server versoin (it was working with 7.1 and now it has the 7.2 version)

Unfortunately nothing has fixed it... Debug mode doesn't help cause it doesn't show a relevant data.

Has somebody fix that problems??? 🙄
