I am puzzled why you create a virtual host. For me a subdirectory of localhost works ok (and it is one possible source of trouble less).
thank you I already found out, however I finally installed xampp + PHP 7.2.33 and everything works as it should
of course only localhost without virtual host, I wanted to keep the original name of the eshop
