Custom Products in Manual Order

Hi,

We have a lot of custom products, which cannot really be creating using combinations and attributes. Is there a module (preferably free) that helps with adding custom products that do not exist in my product catalog (just text) when creating manual orders. I don't want to create a product, it will be just for that specific manual order. 

 

I tried adding a product called "Custom Product" with a required customization field. But it does not work as per my needs. I would be adding multiple customized products.

I think you should use product combinations to solve this problem

Thank you for your response. No it's not really a combination to an existing item.

When I create a manual order by going to Orders -> Add New Order, and select a customer. It asks to search an item from catalogue (image attached). I would like to be able to add items that don't exist in the catalogue, and will not be saved. They are just one-off item sales as per customer requirements where we procure the item for them.
