1.7 guest checkout requires password 1.7.6.7

When I try to create an order manually (via phone) it takes me to main site to finish, It used to work in past versions, but since upgrading from 1.7.6.3 to 1.7.6.7, it no longer works.

 

The guest check out makes you require a password (but says optional), however, even if you enter one to create one, it still says not valid.

 

Any one know how to fix this to make manual orders my self in the admin side?

same problem here. Latest version 1.7.6.8 redirects to password login instead of going to next step in order (Shipping Method) even when selected: Order as a guest

Any solution?
