Webservice doen't work in PHP Script executed by CRON TASK

Hello,

I developed a PHP script in order to create Products/Categories/Product Features.

The script in working well in the browser but we I execute the script in CRON task or directly by PHP command, the webservice is opened but at the first step, I have the error message: "HTPP BAD REQUEST".

Is a person who are able to execute webservice directly in php script executed by CRON task or command line?
