I need this module

Good morning, we are looking for a module for our online store.

I would like the customer to be able to subscribe to the categories, when entering to category named "Diapers", there is a button that says "Don't you want to miss out on new Diapers products? Subscribe" and when uploading a new product in that category and activate it, a newsletter is sent to all who have subscribed, for example:

"There is a new product in the DIAPER category" with all the information of the new product.

Is there something like that? It could be done? What would the cost be?
