No automated payments in Presta 1.7.6.7 & Banner question

Hi,

1. Is it true that there is no automated payments in Presta 1.7.6.7?

2. If i add banners to my affiliate back office for affiliates are those affiliates unique referral link automatically attached to the banners i add? Or, do I have to notify affiliates that they need to link their referral links to the banners available in the back office?
