IMAGE ERROR on Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro

I buy the module Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro on the 31 of august, i report a problem the same day, and still no answer of the support team, that is a prestashop pay module, that means prestashop pay modules have so BAD SUPPORT?

Because is almost first time that happen to me, i always buy modules here from other vendors, and the response is fast, like a day, some delay hours, but prestashop developers, more than 3 days, and NOTHING.

I also ask for REFUND, and no answer, AMAZING.

So i will put the problem here to see if someone can help me

 

1. On gmail test is not showing the Trust elements, screenshot -> https://nimb.ws/o9fi4y , we inspect the URL of that images and maybe that is the error but we don't know how to fix it:

in the URL we found this: "/tienda//tienda/..."

our store is on the subdir /tienda/ of the domain, and since we want everybody to go to the store, we redirect the main domain bodybuildinglatino.com to bodybuildinglatino.com/tienda, maybe the code is reading something bad and duplicate "tienda/" on the URL?

2. On outlook the PRODUCT IMAGES are BROKEN, and also don't show the trusted elements.
