Looking for a module that allows customer to upload pdf file (and to process it)

i'm looking to offer A0 printing on my webshop for my customers, what i'm looking for is a module that allows file uploads (pdf format) and that it will decide pricing on a few parameters (
* color or black/white
* papersize (A0/A0+)  **
* pages (how many pages are in the pdf) **

items that are marked with ** should be detected by the module (imagemagic i assume or any other php module), color or BW is a customer option.

does anybody know if this kind of module exists?  I tried to start programming one myself, but i'm a python guy
