Nicolas R
Hi John, I think I have the exact same problem so I will give more information here and maybe you can confirm that you have the same results than me : PS version : 1.7.6.7 URL website : plomberieenligne.fr Theme : classic Host : OVH (Plesk) PHP : 7.2.33 MySQL : 5.0.2 Browsers affected : Chrome, Firefox, Edge (I don't have any other) So, on our website, when we enter a word in the search box, for example "isolant", we can see a list of suggestion on the screen, but the list is empty (there is only the "<" symbol). From there, 2 options, either I press the Enter key and I obtain a 500 error, or I click on one of the empty suggestion and I obtain a 404 error (the page you are looking for does not exist). I tried different things to solve the issue : Rebuild index : no results. All products are indexed. In the PS debug mode section : Deactivate all modules not developped by Prestashop : Yes. No results, I put it back to No. Deactivate all overloads : Yes. No results, I put it back to No Mode debug : Yes. Now the search block is working perfectly. I don't have any error message from the debug, it just works fine. The issue is, when I put the debug mode to No, the issue comes back. I tried different combinations of the 3 parameters mentioned above, and the result is always the same, if the mode debug is off, the issue is here, and if the mode debug is on, it works well. Anyone knows how to fix that? Thank you in advance for your help. Have a great day, Nicolas
