Ability to assign orders to employees based on customer address

Hi . Currently i have multiple branches with same stock in a region . so I'd like to know a way, where either i can manually assign order placed by customer to nearest branch or at the time of placing order user should be able to select branch and that employee will receive mail about that order.  please let me know if there are any modules available or any other way to achieve what i mentioned
