Native Module Mail Alerts - How to see the form to let the email to be notify as a customer ?

Hi,

I installed the native mail alerts module.

Then i enabled the notification for customers

But i don't see the form to let the email on the product page in case there is no more stock.

How can i do this ?

Solved : I just forgot to put the enable the block "hook product additionnal info",
