thehurricane Posted August 20, 2020 Share Posted August 20, 2020 Hello, I've tried to migrate Prestashop 1.7.6.1 to another server and I have big problems with it. I get blank page with error: Quote "Error: "install" directory is missing". When I run debug mode I have errors: Quote Notice: tempnam(): file created in the system's temporary directory in /var/www/html/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 258 Warning: rename(/tmp/namespaced_class_stub.phpqpG9Fy,/var/cache/dev/namespaced_class_stub.php): No such file or directory in /var/www/html/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 264 I've moved few times Presta from one server to another, but never have so many problems. thehurricane Posted August 25, 2020 Author Share Posted August 25, 2020 I've downgraded to 7.2 and still the same. cache was deleted too 😫 I've read somewhere about problems with permission, but I've set it to 777 (for test reason) and still the same .... Shop don't see cache directory inside own files, cache folder (with prod and dev subfolders) must be made outside prestashop directory. And this solve the problem.
