Customer Service : Sync message with IMAP

Hello,

I configured the settings of the customer service with my IMAP configuration.

When I click on the button Run sync I get this message:

Sync success

But I am not getting all the customer messages that replied directly to my email?

If I understand well, this feature has been done to import all messages even if a customer replied using email.

Is anybody succeed synchronising through IMAP?
