Error after changing domain URL

HI,

After we have changed the domain and URL name, front hand is showing ok, but after clicking on any product, we are getting this error.

Have you changed the server? Checke if PHP version is the same. Try to re-generate cache by renaming /var/cache to /var/cache_old

After changing the /var/cache to /var/cache_old is the 404 result and cannot get into my prestashop dashboard now

Yes, it is PHP 7.1

Are you sure? I was under the assumtion the mentioned error only occurs in PHP 7.2

But right now against domain name that PHP version is showing, should I upgrade it to 7.2?

We have changed PHP version to 7.2, nothing worked but again when we changed back to 7.1 it worked, we have no idea how it worked.

How can we mark this thread solved?

So I guess it was not 7.1 initially, but great it's solved now.

You can edit your initial post and add [solved] as prefix to the subject
