AnarchyJim Posted August 17, 2020 Share Posted August 17, 2020 I need to block a customer who made a purchase and then initiated a chargeback. Is there a way to do this without deleting the account? I realize I can delete an account and block them, but if they've made purchases (or there's messages or other data) why would in the world would you want to completely delete the record? That's really not helpful. So I'm hoping there's another way of blocking an email address.
