tb_pathToImage is not defined - ALL product pages missing

Hi folks,

Yesterday all was fine, but this morning ALL of my product pages are suddenly missing!

I've read some solutions including disabling the Products Category Module, but I don't even have it installed!

Someone else suggested editing header.php to remove the following lines:
$css_files[__PS_BASE_URI__.'css/thickbox.css'] ='screen';
$js_files[] = __PS_BASE_URI__.'js/jquery/thickbox-modified.js';

But in my header.php, there is no mention of Thickbox at all!

I've just turned on Error Reporting, and when I tried to view a product page I get the following error message:

Warning: require_once(/home/maloneyc/public_html/config/../classes/8qqsqao1mm0taritpx.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/maloneyc/public_html/config/config.inc.php on line 21

I have no idea how to interpret this message and hope somebody could please help?

Everything was fine this morning and on Monday made our first sale - and now this :-(
