Looking for a Module: Shipping Drop Down with prices CMS Page

Hello,

I am looking for either a module or how to do the following:

Shipping Information page created in CMS for Prestashop 1.7+ There would be a drop box with your country and when selected, a pricing table would appear with the different costs for shipping via that country.   I have looked for days and haven't found anything so far.

I can make an HTML box with country codes, but stuck on how to bring up the prices, even if put in manually. Is there a CMS builder that would also do this, if not a shipping module.
