1oid Posted August 13, 2020 Share Posted August 13, 2020 (edited) Afternoon All, We have got to the final stages of redesigning and building our PS site, whilst testing the payment processes we found that no payment methods were available. Upon check the Backoffice we found that all methods were unavailable (see image attached). We have checked and validated our paypal account which according to PS still needs validation - but there is not credit or debit card options, any help will be hugely supported. When you set-up a new email address with PayPal, they will send an email to your original (default) email address that requires confirmation for the changes being made to your account. EXAMPLE: Your original (default) email address that you used to set-up PayPal is: myemail@whatever(dot)com You make a new email address for your store and add it to PayPal: mystore@whatever(dot)com PayPal will send a confirmation email to the myemail@whatever(dot)com that you will need to confirm.
