Paul Chucker
Please help with PS 1.7.6.7 on php 7.2 and running the classic theme. After receiving a IMAP error and website not sending messages to my gmail, I attempted to set-up IMAP. IMAP URL: imap.gmail.com IMAP PORT: 993 IMAP USER: my.gmail IMAP PASSWORD: ****************** All yes/no options checked to NO except: IMAP options (/SSL) checked to YES. I've also attempted to check the "IMAP options (/novalidate-cert)" to YES however, that did not change anything so I returned it to NO. Additionally, after each change, I run sync and clear cache. GOOGLE: I have enabled IMAP and Less Secure Apps in my gmail settings. Paneback
Hi Paul I have PrestaShop 1.7.7.2. And I have the same problem, that I get always "IMAP configuration is not correct". The email communication works. The IMAP works but I get always that error. I figured out, that always when I open the customer service on the backoffice the error pops up. And I think it has to do with the password. The field "password" is empty. But when I fill it out the error goes away. Do you have the same problem too? tztudio
I have also been getting this error message on Customer Service page in back office: "IMAP configuration is not correct" This is what solved the issue for me: At the bottom, the IMAP section was all blank, but the "IMAP port" had a number in it. I deleted the number in that field, hit "save", and the error message went away.
