Anyone know where I can find that options in DB?

I found "per country" fields in table ps_address_format.

I need to find where that checkboxes in attachement are in DB.

Unfortunetly, there isn't. You probably talking about address.php. I tried that many times but it does nothnig.

I have problem with required phone number and error 500. I can't find the way to solve it.
