error install prestashop

Hello, I have an error while installing prestashop. I tried to install three different versions of prestashop, reset my hosting but each time I got an error. I also change the php version to 7.1 and also try 7.3 but nothing and memory limit to 128 and 256 but still nothing.

Here is also my php.ini config and attached the error in image.

	display_errors = Off

	max_execution_time = 300

	max_input_time = 300

	max_input_vars = 3000

	memory_limit = 256M

	post_max_size = 128M

	session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440

It seems you are using nginx server. Need to increase the timeout settings in the nginx as well.
