Currency based in a language

I would like to ask you guys in someone already did this or have any idea how to do:

Currency based in languages. My store have three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) and three currencies (Dollar, Euro and Real. I would like to have it like this:

If Portuguese is selected -> Currency must be Real (no currency changes allowed)
if English or Spanish is selected -> Currency can be just the way it works normally: Dollar, Euro or Real.

I always have problems trying to explain Brazilian customers which in Reais we have high taxes and when exporting, we pay no taxes. That´s the reason the price in Dollar and Euro is lower. And I can´t sell local for those lower prices. I think if I block currency selection for Portuguese language, I will have less problems like this.

Any suggestions?

Well, this one must be very difficult to be done since nobody have anything to say.

So let´s ask for less:

I would like to have my store currency working like this:

Portuguese language -> Real currency
English Language -> Dollar currency
Spanish Language -> Dollar currency

Anyone have suggestions:?
