Blank page on user account

Hello, 

recently noticed that I have a blank page when I login to shop just like a client.

Login to admin panel is ok, everything works.

What it can be caused by?

That means that some php error happened. Enable debug mode to see which.

Ok, I enabled debug mode and that's what I got. Any advices?

The problem seems related to the Zopimfree module. Try to disable that and contact its author.

Ok I disabled that module and then I get next thing. See below. I disabled the przelewy24 module and now everything works but it is really strange thing that this module causes such problem. On others shops this module works fine. Do you know what it can be caused by? This module in important because it is payment module.

I don't know the relationship between Zopimfree and przelewy24. This is module specific knowledge. That is why you better ask the makers. The error that you get know looks like a typical follow-up error: you removed one part of a system.

If it works in other shops you might want to have a look at the module itself. The error was related to some template file of the module. Maybe you changed it... Try re-installing the module or replacing its files with those from a working shop (watch out for configuration files).
