letrof
I have installed prestashop, and followed the instruction carefully - deleted the install and readme files and renamed the admin directory. But when I try to login I just get a blank page. Admin page appears for just about 0,5 sec (I've captured it with the prtsc - see attachede file) and then goes blank. I've turned the error messages on but there is no error. Frontpage works just fine. I've searched the forum but no one had really same issue as I do. I've tried other computer and other browsers with the same result -> 0,5 sec of admin page and then pure white...I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance! BigCactus
I had a similar problem using Mamp. My admin page was a blank page. By simply restarting Mamp, the problem was solved. I heard about a similar problem with a friend of mine who could not log because he renamed the admin folder from "Admin" into "Admin_R&R;". By using the "&" symbol it created a problem. Maybe try to rename the admin folder into a more simple name ? Like Admin111 ?
