Money refund from a bougth module Sociales Login & Conexiones 40 en 1 Cupón, Estadísticas

Hi, i bougth a module from a oficial prestashop addons

The problem i do have is the module does not complain with it offer. The module offer an automatic login using socials networks, it means you need to login in your social account to use the shop, but the module manage another password to enter into the shop it dont have a real social connect.

I contact to the developer and he gave me a answer not related to a possible solution 

I need the money refund (prefer in a coupon) to buy another module.

I hope a Prestashop team could help to solve the situation

The developer contact me and solve the situation. He fixed it and now the module is working fine.
