Neuinstallation 1.7.6.7, PHP diverse Probleme

Hi,

ich bin neu im Prestashop. Die neueste Software 1.7.6.7 wurde auf einer Subdomain bei Ionos Installiert, dazu ein Template von Teamvolty (soll kompatibel sein).

Wenn ich irgendein DropDown Menü im Backoffice anklicken will bzw. muss um Einstellungen zu ändern, kann ich nichts auswählen, auch die Darstellung ist verschoben. Bei diversen Eingabemasken, wie z.B. Rechtliche Hinweise, werden Änderungen nicht gespeichert. Hat jemand eine Idee was ich probieren könnte?

Ich vergas zu erwähnen, dass die Menü/Anzeige und Speicherprobleme unabhängig vom benutzten Browser auftreten, mit Mozilla, Edge und Chrome getestet, überall das Gleiche...

Prestashop ist falsch installiert, neu installieren. oder support ionis fragen

Prestashop funktioniert nicht mit PHP 7.4, zur Zeit 7.2, ab Prestashop 1.7.7 soll PHP 7.3 unterstützt werden.
