Features of the Klaviyo Integration Pro Module:
Catalog Feed Integration:
- Integrating your products catalog will allow you to use Product Feeds and Product Blocks in Klaviyo Emails
JavaScript API:
- Active on Site - when an identified user lands on the site, 'Active on Site' metric will get tracked to his Klaviyo Profile, along with his email, name, surname, and optionally, customer group and social title (you can change this from the module settings)
- Viewed Product - when an identified user views a product, 'Viewed Product' metric will get tracked, together with all the details of the product (product name, image, categories, url, price, brand)
- Started Checkout - when an identified user lands on the checkout page, 'Checkout Started' metric will get tracked. This data is important if you'd like to send abandoned checkout emails
Server-Side API:
- Placed Order - When an order successfully processes on your system. This data is sent immediately, to stop the abandoned checkout emails from going to people who have completed their order
- Ordered Product - An event for each item in a processed order. This event becomes useful if you plan to create any filters or triggers based on product-specific information
Depending on how your products are sent to the customer, or whether they are able to be cancelled or refunded, you may want to send additional events that reflect these actions. They are optional, and can be activated and mapped according to the order states from the module settings.
- Fulfilled Order - When an order is sent to the customer
- Cancelled Order - When a customer cancels their order
- Refunded Order - When a customer’s order is refunded
