Multiple domains and payment methods for a single store

Hello community! I have 2 questions:

1) I need my store to have 2 domains. Meaning, one main domain and 1 redirection: I have a .cl domain and a .com, I want both to work on the same store. Later when the pandemic is over, I want the .com to be solely in english and in usd, and the .cl to be in spanish, in chilean pesos.

Before I purchase many addons, I need to know that I will be able to change my domain, as I just recently purchased a theme for the .com domain and it said it could work only for that store!! Can I change my domain AFTER I've purchased the addons?

2) I also need the main store to be divided in 2, as I'm offering both a monthly subscription box and individual products for purchase. Can the subscription part of the website, be separate from the main store? Every purchase will be going to a separate account, as I will have to install a recurrent payment method.
