Facing Problem in opening Module and Service tab

Hi  there.

i was uninstalling mailchimp module from module list, sudenly this msg appears

now module and service is not working and same msg appears how can i solve this problem?

Check whether the module has totally disappeared. There should no longer be a subdirectory for it under the Modules directory. If there still is: delete it.

If that doesn't solve the issue the next step would be to check for overrides.
