Module for customisable gift packs

I'm looking for a module that will allow customers to customise a selection of products in a gift pack. It needs to be able to limit the number of items and also allow non-optional items. For example, we have glasses that are available separately and as an item in a gift pack with a choice of 2 beers - the glass is the non-optional item. I also would like something that would allow choices from products with combinations, for example if we had a gift pack with a t-shirt, the size and colour could be selected. I've had a look at a number of addons and I can't see one that meets all of these criteria.
