Last entries missing from BO (expect when mode debug is enabled)

Hi guys!
Following an update to a private SQL server at OVH, every new customers doesn't appear on my back-office customer list. But i can access to the detail view with their ID, and they are present in the database.

I need to enabled the mode debug to see them. It happen also for some other data types (categories, SQL query, etc).

Any idea why?
I'm on PS 1.7.6.1 and the new database in on MYSQL 5.7

My guess would be that there is a problem with one or two tables. When that table is the starting point of a query some records will be missing. But when it plays a secondary or no role the full info from the other tables will prevail.
