shokinro
if you can share your URL, we can help a check. Will this be the case that you enabled "Friendly URL" function, but forgot to generate .htaccess file?

Sorry, here it ishttp://www.linhasefantasias.com (there is a single product in "retrosaria" just for testing purposes, I just started doing it but I already failed in the very first test )I am almost sure that I did both of those things but, to be honest, I am inexperienced, so I will check that again anyway.Thanks. shokinro
I have just checked your site with link you gave.I noticed that when you start checkout process, the pages changed to use https instead of http,Have you installed SSL and got configured correctly? I guess this is cause of problem.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.I have been trying to see if I did find anything SSL related, but I didnt find anything, neither in the back office, or the cpanel. So I tried to disable the SSL option in the administration preferences (it is meant o be cash on delivery only anyway, so it shouldn't hurt) but it still does the same thing.Any other idea? Many thanks, you have been really helpful. shokinro
You can disable SSL at your back officePreference tabAfter changes, it is better clear the cache of smarty/tools/smarty/compileBut I just checked your site again, it seems that it is working fine now.If your problem has been fixed, please share your information on how you fixed it.and please mark it as SOLVED by adding SOLVED to the beginning of your first post. WOW it is working! I hadn't noticed. I had disabled the SSL as you suggest and I tested again and still hadn't worked, but now it works.I suppose I did the right thing when I disabled the SSL but I didn't gave enough time to save the changes , or hadn't cleared the browser cache or something.Anyway it now works because I disabled the SSL in the Back Office (I think)Many, many thanks for your help, couldnt have done without it. shokinro
so it means if I didn't notify you, you still don't know the problem is fixed already?some time it is a right thing to do to notify the owner of thread to mark it SOLVED.I just thought some people may hate me because I am always asking them to mark it as solved. ;-)
