Admin Page Moved

Hi all, I have managed to lose my login page to the shop backoffice at http://psychicdeva.co.uk

The shop was previously at http://psychicdeva.co.uk/shop and login page was at .../shop/login/ until recently when I inadvertently changed the shop URL and base URL in the SEO&URLs section of the backoffice.

Any clues on how to find the admin url and once logged in to reset my URLs back to the shop home page sitting in the /shop directory.

All of my Prestashop files are sitting in /public_html/shop on the webserver.

FTP was one of the first things I checked, and there is no ‘admin....’ directory anywhere within the folder structure. I’ve thoroughly checked the entire website, including the wordpress directories, and no sign.  My hosting provider doesn’t offer MyPHP admin tool, so not sure how to best interrogate the sql database?
