“500 Internal server error” when accessing products tab in the admin page

hello, I have a office supply shopping website running on prestashop 1.7.6

the last time i was using it was to modify the prices of my products.

then when i try to access the products section on the admin page the other day, almost none of the tabs were working, all of them led me to a error message

we thought it was a temporary problem, but unfortunately this has been going on for a couple of weeks now

the front end website is still working, its just the admin page thats having issues.

 

what should i do  ??
