Some international orders (we're in Spain), mainly Germany but also USA, France, etc when they're ready to chek out in the cart page and press the button for chekout page gets stuck and can't move forward, so they can't finish the order. It doesn't matter ifit's with Paypal or Credit card. It's weird, because there are orders from Germany and USA that succeed and we don't knw why. Main orders have this problem and we know because they write to us. It's weird, because other customers can finsh their orders from these countries. It happens either on the english version or the spanish version. The only thing in common is that they are international orders. If someone can give us some help we would appreciate a lot. We are not able to find out what is the problem. We add some screenshots from a customer in france. Thanks in advance. Site is www.holibia.com and prestashop version is 1.7.5. Maybe there is not carrier delivery to their address (and they do not give attention to it also i noticed that your checkout is just one step), and without carrier selection, PS does not let them pass payment side.
