Prestashop payment Module

Hello there, We need someone who can build us a payment prestashop module which will help our eCommerce store and our mobile app to accept payment from African countries. DPO Group company helps eCommerce stores to accept different payment methods (https://www.dpogroup.com/africa/solutions/ecommerce/). DPO group has built specific plugin for WooCommerce , Shopify, Magento but not yet for Prestashop. So we'd like someone to build it for prestashop for us.

Our budget to develop this module and integrate with DPO group payment services is $300 including post development support and maintaining updates for prestashop versions. we need a payment Module that can help us accept payment from: Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, Zambia, Ghana, Mauritius, South Africa, Ethiopia, Malawi, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire. This company DPO group (>> https://www.dpogroup.com/) has provided payment solution in these listed countries above and it has provided the API (https://directpayonline.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/API/overview)

I'm sorry, but unfortunately I can't create a multi-license module for the offered budget and still keep the versions indefinitely.
