Registration form css editing

Hi there,

i need help from a professional regarding registration form... i want to change a little css for "Receive special offers from our partners" as in the attached screenshot. but it is on classes/form/customerformatter.php line 217 as an array or something. 

i just want to change this Css for this ".form-group {margin-bottom: 1rem; }"  for Receive special offers line only. if i change this CSS , it will affect whole lines.

so if anyone can help me out how to achieve this will be thankful.
