r3b3k@
Hi, I am facing some issues with an item that has 2 combinations. Both combinations have a quantity and both of them are visible in backend. When I preview this item in frontend, I can only see one of them. I cannot see the default combination, but I can only see the other combination with the pictures and quantity of the default combination. I am attaching some screenshots below. If you know of any solution please let me know. Thanks in advance! P.S I have Cleared Cache and also done the Indexing.
Guest
It's alright this way. You confuse combinations and variants. The variant is color. Combinations are different variants, such as color and size. In your case, the main variant is gold, and another possible variant is silver.
r3b3k@
Yeah, but as you can see in backend there are 2 different variants and in frontend only one of them is visible. Why is the "gold" variant not shown?
Guest
There will probably be an error in your template, or some modification in Product.php. When you switch to the default theme, is everything okay?
r3b3k@
I cannot switch to the default theme, because there are many configurations that I've edited in the current theme. If I would switch to the default theme all of those configurations would be gone. How can I see if there is a modification in Product.php? Guest
Unfortunately, you can't help it like that. Everything works in the default installation of Prestashop.
r3b3k@
I understand, but the product I was talking about, is one of the few items with that problem. Other items with combinations/variants work just fine in frontend. How can I see if there is a modification in Product.php?
Guest
1. Remove all attributes from the product and save 2. Add three attributes and save 3. check in the e-shop if you see it 4. if so, delete one attribute 5. check in the e-shop If that doesn't help, it's better to remove this product and create a new one. Also don't forget to clear the cache and force recompile template.
