Shutter Men
I am having a problem in the payments and gateways module. I am able to install and enable both google checkout 1.1 and paypal 2.4. The problem is after installing and enabling them, when I click configure, I am not taken to a configuration page. It comes back with a green box saying: " Module uninstalled sucessfully" . In addition, even though I am unable to configure either of them, they do show up on when I navigate my products and use the new 1 page checkout. When I click on either of them, I get an error from my browser that they have hung up. Any suggestions on what to check for?
Shutter Men
I thought I would post a reply to see if anyone has seen this issue. I am today 4/12 seeing the same issue with some other modules. I am a novice so I am wondering if there are some file or folder permissions that are incorrect. Thanks
JCP69660
I'm having the same problem since this morning. A customer called me to say he couldn't pay thought Paypal … so I wanted to check the module and its configuration … but nothing to do. I really don't know what else I can do. I've already try to delete, re-install, deactivate, activate, … and so on … it's always saying in a green box "module uninstalled successfully" but I cannot access to its configuration !!!If someone could have an idea … it would be great … ThxUsing Prestashop 1.4.0.17 - PHP 5.2.9.1 - MySQL 5.1.41 / Apache 1.3.34 (Ubuntu) and PayPal 2.
JCP69660
Found the answer on the forge … you have to deactivate all the caches in preferences. The one at the bottom seems to create that problem. Once all the caches are all deactivated you can configure the 2.4 Paypal module. Now I'm going to reactivate the caches …

[email protected]
I tried the same, deactivated the carche in Preferences, reconfigured the Paypal account settings. But everytime I checkout after selecting an item in my store and select Paypal as my preferred payment gate it end up on a page: ./modules/paypal/payment/submit.php with the message, that the it is tryin to do something that can't be executed, maybe becasuse of cookies is tuned off.But the cookies is not turned off. have the version 1.4.2 and the Paypal modules was included.Any suggestions. Looking forward to any help. The Bankwire payment is working off course. And the API has been verified several times by Paypal, so all the account setting should be correct.I wonder if it should be the "submit.php" script that doesen't do what it is supposed to do?Best wishesKristian
