jor
Hi, we're experiencing problems with the frontend login. This happens only in Google Chrome. The user uses correct login credentials and the login page re-appears without any error message. If the user uses wrong credentials, then the error message about a failed login is shown. We already tried: only use www version of our domain (have this as a redirect in the .htaccess file, so it is executed even before PS gets called) clear cookies cache and browsing history disabled IP check for cookies in the frontend Still the problem occurs. How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance, jor Edited July 6, 2020 by jor added tags and signature (see edit history)
Ozgur6677
This is what we experience too. They cant login. They create new account to login and it goes on and on. I just posted a similar problem.
Impasto
Also experiencing it, except my problem is my inability to log into the backend. I keep getting redirected to the login page. My difference is I'm running Prestashop version 1.7.6 This only happens in Chrome, not Firefox. (On a side note, a similar issue popped up on another site of mine... a WordPress site with membership capabilities. I suspect it has more to do with Chrome and its handling of membership cookies than Prestashop. Is there some way to force cookies to expire the moment we log out of Prestashop? Like a module or a line of code for the config file?)
